Why nothing has worked yet

It was never your discipline. It was the plan.

You’re one of the most disciplined people in any room. You take care of everyone else for twelve hours straight. The problem is every program you tried was built for someone with a normal schedule, normal sleep, normal meals, and a body that isn’t getting wrecked by night shifts, stress, and hormones that never reset. You were following a plan written for someone else’s life, not yours.

What I’ll walk you through, live

The FIRE Fit Method

Three phases, in this order, because the order is what makes it stick. This is the same method behind every result below.

01Phase one

Metabolic Priming

Years of shift work, stress, and disrupted hormones leave your metabolism stuck. Before anything else, we reset it. Most people skip this and wonder why nothing moves.

02Phase two

Lifestyle Fitness

Training and nutrition built around 12-hour shifts, irregular sleep, and real life. Not hours of cardio. Not hardcore dieting. Something that holds up on a night shift and a Saturday off.

03Phase three

Adaptive Coaching

Your schedule changes, your data changes, and the plan changes with it. This is the part that keeps the weight off long after the class ends.

Who’s teaching this

I lived the exact season you’re in.

I burned out as an ER nurse during COVID. The stress, the back-to-back shifts, all of it. I got depressed, pulled away from people, and stopped feeling like myself in my own body. The moment it hit me was looking at our honeymoon photos on the beach. I didn’t recognize the person I was seeing.

So I made a decision. I got out of nursing and became a firefighter and paramedic, and I rebuilt my body and my head around the same brutal schedule I’d been blaming. Now I coach the women who are exactly where I was, because I’ve been there and I know the way out.

Honest fit check

Is this class actually for you?

This is for you if

  • You work 12-hour or night shifts and your sleep and meal times are never the same two weeks running.
  • You’ve tried plan after plan and nothing held past the first stretch of nights.
  • You’re disciplined for everyone else all shift, but stuck when it comes to your own body.
  • You want a plan built around your schedule, not one that quietly fights it.
  • You can show up live for one hour and take notes on what fits your week.

This isn’t for you if

  • You want a crash diet or an overnight fix you can drop the moment it gets hard.
  • You’re not willing to show up live and would rather wait on a replay that isn’t promised.
  • You want generic advice that ignores shift work and treats you like a 9-to-5 body.
  • You’re looking to argue that nothing works rather than try something built for your schedule.

Before you register

Questions before you register

Is the class really free?

Yes. It’s a free live training. There’s no cost to attend. The only thing I ask is that you show up live, because that’s where you actually get unstuck.

Do I need to be off night shifts to do this?

No. The whole point is that it’s built around the shifts you actually work, including nights. You don’t wait for your schedule to change. The plan bends to it.

I’ve tried everything. Why is this different?

Because it’s built for shift physiology, not a 9-to-5. The food and the training get timed to your shift, your sleep, and your stress, instead of a plan written for someone else’s life.

How long until I see results?

Real timelines, not overnight ones. The women I coach have lost around 20 to 25 pounds across three to eight months on hard schedules. On the class I’ll show you how that actually happens.

Will there be a replay?

[CONFIRM replay terms]. I don’t promise one, because the live room is where you can ask about your own shifts and get real answers. Treat live as the only time it happens.

What actually happens on the class?

I walk you through the full FIRE Fit Method, all three phases, on screen and live. Then I take your questions in real time about your shifts, your sleep, and your body.
