I lived the exact season you’re in.

I burned out as an ER nurse during COVID. Back-to-back shifts, no sleep, no room to breathe. I got depressed, pulled away from the people I loved, and stopped recognizing myself in my own body. The moment it really hit me was looking at our honeymoon photos on the beach. I didn’t know the woman I was looking at.

So I made a decision. I left nursing, trained to become a firefighter and paramedic, and rebuilt my body and my head around the same brutal schedule I’d spent years blaming. Yes. It’s a free live training. No cost to attend. The only thing I ask is that you show up live, because that’s where you actually get unstuck.

Do I need to be off night shifts to do this?

No. That’s the whole point. It’s built around the shifts you actually work, nights included. You don’t wait for your schedule to change. The plan bends to it.
