Why nothing has worked yet
You’re one of the most disciplined people in any room. You take care of everyone else for twelve hours straight, no breaks, no excuses. So when the weight won’t move, you blame yourself. But every program you tried was built for someone with a normal schedule, normal sleep, and regular meals. Not a body getting hammered by night shifts, stress, and hormones that never get to reset. You weren’t failing the plan. The plan was written for someone else’s life.
What I’ll walk you through, live
Three phases, in this exact order, because the order is what makes it stick. This is the same method behind every result on this page.
Years of shift work, stress, and disrupted sleep leave your metabolism stuck in the mud. Before we touch a workout, we reset it. Skip this and you’ll do everything “right” and still watch the scale sit there. This is the step almost nobody starts with, and it’s why almost nobody sees a change.
Training and nutrition built around 12-hour shifts, broken sleep, and a real life. Not hours of cardio. Not a diet you’ll quit by week two. Something that holds up on a night shift and still works on your one Saturday off.
Your schedule shifts, your body changes, and the plan changes with it. Static plans are why the weight comes back. This is the part that keeps it off long after the class ends.
Who’s teaching this
I burned out as an ER nurse during COVID. Back-to-back shifts, no sleep, no room to breathe. I got depressed, pulled away from the people I loved, and stopped recognizing myself in my own body. The moment it really hit me was looking at our honeymoon photos on the beach. I didn’t know the woman I was looking at.
So I made a decision. I left nursing, trained to become a firefighter and paramedic, and rebuilt my body and my head around the same brutal schedule I’d spent years blaming. That’s where FIRE Fit comes from. Now I coach the women who are standing exactly where I stood, because I found the way out and I can hand you the map.
Real women, real shift schedules
Not influencers with all day to train. Nurses and healthcare workers on the same hard schedules you’re on.
Her weight hadn’t moved in years, PCOS stalling everything. She dropped almost 20 pounds in about three months on her shift schedule.
Down 25 pounds and stronger, in about eight months, while working a full healthcare schedule.
She had regained 40 pounds and felt like she was back at zero. She turned it around into 20 pounds lost over six months.
Receipts, not promises
Real women on real shift schedules. Every one of them ran the same method I’ll walk you through on the class.

Before you register
Yes. It’s a free live training. No cost to attend. The only thing I ask is that you show up live, because that’s where you actually get unstuck.
No. That’s the whole point. It’s built around the shifts you actually work, nights included. You don’t wait for your schedule to change. The plan bends to it.
Because it’s built for shift physiology, not a 9-to-5. Your food and your training get timed to your shifts, your sleep, and your stress, instead of following a plan written for someone else’s life.
Real timelines, not overnight ones. Results vary by person and starting point. The women I coach have lost around 20 to 25 pounds across three to eight months on hard schedules. On the class I’ll show you how that actually happens.
Show up live. I don’t promise a replay, because the live room is the only place you can ask about your own shifts and get real answers. Treat this as the one time it happens.
I walk you through the full FIRE Fit Method, all three phases, live and on screen. Then I take your questions in real time about your shifts, your sleep, and your body.
