Every diet you ever quit told you the same lie.
That if it didn’t work, you didn’t work.
Tonight I’m going to prove that lie wrong, with data.
You were never lazy. You were never undisciplined.
You were handed a plan built for a body that isn’t yours.
I’m not a trainer who read about your life in a textbook.
I worked the floor. ER nurse. Then firefighter and paramedic.
I lived the 12-hour shifts, the wrecked sleep, and the body that came with them.

A quick, honest note first.
The results you’ll see tonight are real, but they are not typical, and nothing here is a promise.
Your body, your health, and your effort are yours. Always talk to your own doctor before changing how you eat or train.
Most women who watch a training like this do nothing with it.
So I won’t insult you by guaranteeing a number on the scale.
I don’t guarantee the outcome. I guarantee the process.
Follow it, and you give yourself a real shot. Ignore it, and next year looks like last year.
True or False?
True or False:
“Losing weight comes down to willpower. If I just had more discipline, I’d be lean by now.”
FALSE.
You have more discipline than 99% of the planet. You run codes on no sleep.
Discipline was never your missing piece. The design was.
True or False:
“The women who stay lean just have better genetics, more time, or less stress than me.”
FALSE.
The women who get lean and stay lean aren’t gifted. They’re not less busy.
They’re just following a plan that fits their body and their schedule instead of fighting both.
True or False:
“I’ve failed Noom, WW, and three other plans. At this point, the problem is me.”
FALSE.
You didn’t fail Noom. You didn’t fail Weight Watchers. You didn’t fail the 6-day gym plan.
They failed you.
Every single one was built for someone with a 9-to-5, a fixed bedtime, and three calm meals a day.
Look at your schedule. Nights. Doubles. Rotating shifts. Sleep whenever your body can steal it.
A plan built for a 9-to-5 life doesn’t just “not fit” that.
It’s engineered to fail you, no matter how disciplined you are.

Individual experiences. Not typical. Not a guarantee of any result.
You weren’t missing willpower. You weren’t missing effort.
You were missing a plan built for your body, a plan built for your schedule, and someone who adjusts it as your life moves.
Tonight I’ll give you all three.
What I need from you tonight: implementation.
Nothing hurts me more than handing a nurse the exact way out, and running into her a year later still stuck in the same cycle.
My name is
Lindsey Contreras.

My story
I didn’t start as the “fit nurse.” I started as the burned-out one.
I was an ER nurse through COVID. The shifts, the stress, the weight of that season left me depressed, disconnected, and uncomfortable in my own skin.
The moment it broke me: I saw our honeymoon photos on the beach and didn’t recognize the woman in them.
The turn
So I made a decision. I got out of nursing and set my sights on becoming a firefighter.
I rebuilt my body and my mind around a schedule most plans call “impossible,” because I had no choice but to make it work on shift.
I became a firefighter and a paramedic. Then women started asking me how. Two years ago I went all in.
Now I coach the women who are exactly where I was, because I’ve lived it and I know the way out.
My Why.
Every plan I ever failed made me feel like the problem was me. That lie almost cost me everything.
So I built the opposite: a method that adapts to a nurse’s real life instead of asking her to abandon it. No woman should quit on her own body because someone handed her the wrong map.
That’s my why.
Why are you here?
Why does this finally have to be the time it works?
Tonight, three things:
1
Secret #1 · The Design Flaw: the real reason every plan you tried was quietly built to fail a nurse, before you ever started.
2
Secret #2 · The FIRE Fit Method: the exact 3-phase method built around your shifts, your sleep, and your body, no fad diets, no 6-day gym plans.
3
Secret #3 · The Shift-Proof System: how women hold their results through nights, doubles, and real life, in a routine that actually fits.
ON HOLD · gifts to confirm with Lindsey
3 gifts for staying live with me tonight:
1
Gift #1: My Shift-Worker Meal-Timing Cheat Sheet (how to eat around a 12-hour shift without a 6am meal prep).
2
Gift #2: The recording of this training.
3
Gift #3: Revealed only at the very end. You have to stay.
Let me be 100% real with you:
This is sustainable, BUT you still have to show up. There’s no pill and no magic here.
This can move fast, BUT it is NOT a crash diet, and I’ll never sell you one.
This changed my life, BUT only because I stopped starting over every Monday and followed one plan built for me.
Can I be 100% real with you for a second?
Grab a pen and paper. Right now. Yes, really.
Women pay me for 1-on-1 coaching. Tonight you’re getting that thinking for free.
Treat the next 40 minutes like the private session it is, and write down every “that’s me” moment.
Deal?
Good. Then let’s start with the thing no diet company will ever tell you.
Because if they told you this, you’d stop buying their plans tomorrow.
Secret #1
The Design Flaw.
The reason every plan you tried was built to fail a nurse, before you ate a single meal.
Starting another generic plan on Monday is the fitness version of self-sabotage.
Not because you’re weak. Because those plans assume something you don’t have:
a normal schedule.
What a 9-to-5 plan never accounts for:
Shift work is one of the most studied disruptors of sleep and appetite in healthcare workers.
Rotating shifts can throw off the signals your body uses to manage hunger, energy, and stress.
Ask any night nurse: your body doesn’t run on the clock those plans were built for.
(This is education, not medical advice. Everyone’s body and health history is different. Your doctor is your doctor, not me.)
So the generic plan backfires three ways:
1
The eating window fights your shift. “Three meals by 7pm” makes no sense when you clock out at 7:30am.
2
“Just do more cardio” adds stress to a body already running on stress and no sleep.
3
The plan never changes. Your week changes constantly. A static plan can’t survive a rotating schedule.
So we built a different way. One made for the schedule you actually work.
The new way (built around your shifts):
Nutrition timed to when you actually work and sleep, not a fantasy calendar.
Training scaled to your fatigue, not against it.
A plan that adapts as your schedule moves, instead of one you abandon by Thursday.
Every other program was built for someone with stable sleep and low stress.
You have neither, and that’s not a flaw in you. It’s the job.
The moment the plan fits the job instead of fighting it, everything changes.
Quick check. Type it in the chat:
Has a plan ever felt impossible the second your schedule changed?
You didn’t lack discipline.
You were just handed the wrong design, over and over.
You weren’t the problem. The plan was.
So the real question isn’t “how do I get more disciplined.”
It’s “what does a plan actually built for a nurse’s body and schedule look like?”
Let me show you. That’s Secret #2.
Secret #2
The FIRE Fit Method.
The exact 3-phase method built around your shifts, your sleep, and your body. No fad diets. No 6-day gym plans.
1
Phase 1 · Metabolic Priming (rebuild the foundation your shifts wore down)
2
Phase 2 · Lifestyle Fitness (a plan that fits 12-hour shifts and real life)
3
Phase 3 · Adaptive Coaching (it moves with your schedule, week to week)
1
Phase 1
Metabolic Priming.
Before we touch a single hard workout, we rebuild the foundation years of shift work wore down.
That means eating enough of the right things, not starving, so your body stops running on fumes and cortisol.
This is the step every crash diet skips, and it’s why they always backfire.
2
Phase 2
Lifestyle Fitness.
Training and nutrition built to fit around 12-hour shifts, not to take over your life.
Workouts that start at 3 a week, scaled to your fatigue, every move with a form video.
Flexible macros around protein and calories. No keto, no cutting out the foods you love.
Sustainable by design, not by willpower.
3
Phase 3
Adaptive Coaching.
Your week is never the same twice, so your plan can’t be either.
We adjust around your schedule, your data, and your progress. Nothing stays static, because your life never does.
This is the piece a PDF and an app alone can never give you.

Secret #3
The Shift-Proof System.
Losing the weight is one thing. Holding it through night shifts, doubles, and burnout season is another.
This is the part that makes it stick.
Three things keep it shift-proof:
1
Accountability that expects your schedule to change (check-ins built around your rotation, not a fantasy week).
2
Habits, not heroics (small moves you can hold on your worst shift, not a perfect week you can’t repeat).
3
A coach who adjusts before you fall off, instead of a plan that punishes you for having a life.

[ GAP · review quote on sustainability ]
One real Trustpilot line about finally fitting real life goes here.
So let’s put it to rest, for good.
You didn’t fail. Your body isn’t broken. Your genetics aren’t the enemy.
You were handed the wrong plan, built for the wrong schedule, with no one to adjust it.
All three of those just changed.
1
Can you picture yourself following a plan that finally bends around your shifts instead of breaking you?
2
Do you see how different this is from everything that failed you before?
3
And is it clear that the problem was never your discipline?
None of this was your fault.
But what happens next? That part is on you.
The plan failing you was never your fault. Staying on it would be your choice.
So the only real question left tonight is simple.
Do you want to do this the hard way again, or the way that’s actually built for you?
The part most coaches skip:
No matter how good a coach I am, or how ready you are tonight, I can’t hand you the entire method in one training.
There’s too much that has to be built around your schedule specifically.
Do all these results mean you’ll get the same?
Probably not.
(Stay with me. I’m not being negative. I’m being honest.)
Because 99% of women who watch a training like this go right back to old habits by next week.
Another Monday restart. Another plan that ignores their shifts. Another round of blaming themselves.
Nothing changes.
I refuse to let that be you.
There’s one difference between you and every woman I’ve shown you tonight.
They had the exact plan, built for them, with someone adjusting it.
You don’t. Yet.
You don’t need to be a nutritionist to get lean.
You just need the GPS.
The method is the GPS. My team is the voice telling you where to turn, even when your shift blows up the plan.
So what if you could plug straight into the exact system, with coaches who build it around your shifts and adjust it every week?
The FIRE Fit Nurse Accelerator
inside the program
Let me show you exactly how it works.
From here, you’ve got two options.
Option 1
Leave tonight and do it alone.
(Most women do. Most women are here again next year.)
Option 2
Let me and my coaches put the plan, and the GPS, in your hands.
The program
The FIRE Fit Nurse Accelerator.
Not another app you’ll forget the password to. Not another plan built for a life you don’t live.
A 120-day coaching program built around your shifts, with a team that adjusts it every week.
My promise
My promise, and it’s the only honest one in this space:
I can’t promise a number on the scale by a certain date. No honest coach can, and anyone who does is lying to you.
But I promise you the exact method behind these transformations, a team that builds it around your schedule, and coaches who don’t disappear when your week falls apart.
Inside the Accelerator, you get:

What’s it worth to stop restarting every Monday?
Think about what the last few years of failed plans already cost you: the programs, the apps, the supplements, and the years you can’t get back.
The most expensive plan is the one that keeps failing you.
My promise
Remember my promise: no magic number, no fake deadline.
The method, a team that builds it around your life, and coaches who stay with you until it fits.
Everyone knows the basics: eat well, move more.
So why do the women who actually change hire a coach?
A gym membership gives you access to the equipment. A trainer gives you accountability, a plan, and someone who won’t let you quit.
Who gets the results? Almost always the woman with the trainer.
You already tried the membership version alone. You know how that ended.
This is for you if:
You’re a nurse or healthcare worker whose schedule has wrecked every plan you tried.
You can set aside a few focused minutes most days, even on shift.
You want hands-on coaching and a plan built for you, not another PDF.
You’re done blaming yourself and ready to follow a plan that actually fits.
This is NOT for you if:
You want a crash diet or a “lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks” gimmick. That’s the thing that failed you.
You want to keep doing it alone and just need more information.
You’re not willing to talk to your doctor and treat your health as health.
You want someone to promise you a number. I won’t, because I respect you too much.
What does the next 6 months look like if nothing changes?
Same Monday restarts. Same plan you abandon by Thursday. Same photos you scroll past instead of framing.
Another season telling yourself you’ll start “once things calm down.” They won’t. You’re a nurse.
Your next 6 months go one of three ways:
1
Do nothing and stay in the cycle.
2
Try to build a shift-proof plan alone, and lose another year to trial and error.
3
Plug into the method, the coaches, and the community, and skip the guesswork.
To finally make this stick, you don’t need more information. You need three things together:
The right coaching. The right plan built for your body. The right community.
That’s exactly what the Accelerator is.
My promise
One more time, so it’s clear: no magic number, no fake deadline, ever.
The promise is the method, the coaching, and a team in your corner until the plan fits your life.
What happens when you book your call, whether or not you join:
A coach does a live Custom Shift-Plan Audit with you. We map your real rotation, your sleep windows, and your eating windows, and you leave with a personalized starting plan built around your schedule.
That alone is worth the call.
How it works:
1
Book a short call with my team (link below).
2
On the call, we run your Custom Shift-Plan Audit and see if the method actually fits your situation. Not everyone is a fit.
3
If it’s a fit, we map which option makes sense for you and get you started, built around your shifts from day one.
4
You follow the plan, we adjust it every week, and you finally hold your results through real life.
